June 16, 1927 - November 20, 2021

Jacky, rest her soul, lived an amazing life married to Duncan Reese, and having 3 sons, William, Philip and Neal. She lead her life with spontaneity, willing to do or try anything. She lived her early years in the South of France where she studied in Cannes, then moved to Paris. She then met her husband Duncan in Paris while working at TWA, then finally retiring in Aptos, California, joining her two surviving sons. She was always full of zeal, and had a heart of gold. Her gift was to care for others, from hosting amazing meals to dropping everything to help anyone in need.

After losing both Duncan and William in 1996, she took some time for herself to explore the world and take on passions such as painting watercolors in Thailand and learning Tai Chi. Jacky was adored by many and had a life where she touched and loved so many.

At the age of 94, she left behind so many amazing memories, and may she rest peacefully. We will miss you!

I remember your Mom visiting us when we lived on Carmona Ave. She was always fascinating to talk to about current events. We drank wine and went to Ca'Brea for dinner. I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Ron & Joe

I miss Mom a ton already, but I also know she's in a better place.

Help simply remember her via something you do.

Talk to a stranger
Go for a walk on the beach
Do something outrageous like skydive or take a trip to a foreign location with no set schedule or plan
Dog sit a neighbors dog
Cook a meal for your loved ones
Plant a new plant in your garden
Try Tai Chi outside in the moonlight
Or any of the other many things my Mom loved to do

Please no flowers! She always believed in live plants vs cut flowers. Simply do a kind act for another or remember her.
