Alexander Lisin

Alexander Vladimir Lisin passed away peacefully on the night of April 4, 2022. He will be remembered by his friends and family for his smart and kind demeanor, and his many joys in life - his wife Pat, their folk dancing endeavors, his running and hiking activities, his education and engineering career, and his love of people and the outdoors.

Born in 1932 in the Russian community of Harbin, China, his family immigrated to San Francisco in 1936. Al is survived by his four children and five grandchildren, his cousin and her three children and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Patricia, his parents and grandparents, and his many aunts.

A celebration of life is being planned for later in the year. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Sempervirens Fund in Los Altos, CA.
